Cancel and Skip Policy

Some CALLUS features are free. Paid features are marked in the app. You buy them inside the iPhone app through the Apple App Store, and Apple takes the payment. Berserk Lab never charges your card for the app directly.

The paid products:

• Tracker Pro, one-time purchase (non-consumable): $19.99. You pay once and keep it. It never renews.
• Tracker Pro, yearly auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 a year.
• Lab Read, per panel (consumable): $9.99. Each purchase pays for one panel read.
• Lab Read, yearly auto-renewing subscription: $49 a year.

These are US prices. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription has one renewal date. You keep full access right up to it. It renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• On that date Apple charges you for the next period, and the date moves forward by one period.
• A panel read is used when the read is delivered to you. If a read fails, it is not used.
• Restore Purchases is in the app, on the purchase screen and in More > Subscription.
• There are no setup fees and no automatic upgrades to a bigger plan.

This section applies to the yearly subscriptions. Seven days before every renewal we send you one email.

• The amount and the date are in the subject line. You can see what is about to happen without opening it.
• Inside there is one button. It takes you to the place where you stop the renewal.
• If you do nothing, it renews as normal. That is the whole point: the charge is never a surprise.
• One email per renewal. We do not send it twice and we do not use it to sell you anything.

This is a promise about our behavior, not a legal formality. If a charge ever lands without that email arriving first, tell us and we will treat it as a defect on our side.

Cancelling means turning off auto-renew. It takes effect the moment you do it, and it does NOT cut your access short.

1. In CALLUS: open the subscription screen at /more/account/subscription and follow "Manage subscription". Cancelling applies to the yearly subscriptions. A one-time purchase or a panel you already bought has nothing to cancel.
2. On your iPhone, without opening CALLUS: Settings, then your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then CALLUS, then Cancel Subscription.

After you cancel:

• You keep everything you already paid for until the renewal date that is already on the calendar.
• On that date the subscription ends instead of renewing. Nothing is charged.
• Cancelling costs nothing. There is no cancellation fee, no exit interview you have to sit through, and no minimum term to serve out.
• You can subscribe again later. Your account and your logged history are still there.
• Deleting your CALLUS account does NOT cancel a subscription. Cancel it with Apple first, or Apple keeps charging you.

Apple's auto-renewing subscriptions have no "skip this month" button. That is a limit of the App Store, not a policy of ours, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Here is what actually works, and it gets you the same result:

1. Turn off auto-renew before the date in your reminder email.
2. Keep using CALLUS to the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Subscribe again whenever you want to come back.

You are not charged for the stretch you sat out, and nothing is lost while you are gone. Your protocol, your logs, your photos and your history are exactly where you left them.

Anything bought through the App Store is refunded by Apple, not by Berserk Lab. We cannot approve, deny, or process a refund for an App Store charge, and any company that tells you it can is describing a different payment system.

To request one: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the charge, and request a refund. Apple decides.

If Apple turns you down and you believe the charge is genuinely wrong, email us anyway at alex@proscalz.com. A human reads it and answers.

This page covers CALLUS app purchases only: Tracker Pro and Lab Read. A consumable panel read is used when the read is delivered, and a failed read does not use it. Physical products from Berserk Lab carry their own guarantee, and its terms ship with that product.

Cancelling ends the paid subscription. It does not touch anything you logged.

Your logs, vials, doses, labs, photos and protocol stay on your account for as long as you want them. The free parts of CALLUS keep working after you cancel, including the injection log, the dose check and the export of your full history. Cancelling never deletes or locks your history.

Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate action you take yourself, at Profile then Delete Account. That one is permanent. We never do it for you.
